This is a small original watercolor of a field mouse named Claude. Claude is an enthusiastic resident of the rock wall by the old apple tree near our driveway.
 
This painting measures 4" x 6". Once completed, I mounted the painting on a wood panel and sealed if from the elements using several coats of Gamblin cold wax medium. The painting comes with a wooden easel for display, but you could easily pick up a frame for it at a craft store like Michael's. I think it would be cute in a gold frame displayed on a bookshelf.
